1. Description of Services
Rising Credit Solution provides credit report review and dispute services. We will assist you in challenging information on your credit reports (from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) that you believe to be inaccurate, outdated, unfair, or unverified (“Disputable Items”).
Our services include, but are not limited to:
-
Review and analysis of your credit reports.
-
Formulating a custom strategy to address Disputable Items.
-
Preparing and sending dispute letters on your behalf to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
-
Providing ongoing support and progress tracking through our client portal.
2. Legal Disclaimers (No Guarantees)
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score increase, or the removal of any specific item from your credit report. It is illegal for any credit repair organization to promise or guarantee such results. All results are unique to the individual.
No Legal or Financial Advice: Rising Credit Solution does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not a law firm or a financial planning service. Any information provided is for educational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified attorney or financial advisor for advice specific to your situation.
3. Your Responsibilities as a Client
To use our Service, you agree to:
-
Provide Accurate Information: You must provide us with information that is complete, accurate, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
-
Forward Correspondence: You must forward all correspondence (mail, email, etc.) you receive from credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies to us within five (5) business days of receipt. We cannot work on your behalf without this information.
-
Maintain Credit Monitoring: You are required to maintain an active credit monitoring subscription from a provider we approve. This is necessary for us to track changes to your credit reports, receive your reports, and manage your dispute process.
-
Do Not Apply for New Credit: We strongly advise against applying for any new credit (loans, credit cards, etc.) during the repair process, as new hard inquiries can negatively impact your score and our results.
4. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
Pricing Plans: Our fees are clearly laid out on our “Pricing Plans” page.
-
Month-to-Month Plan: This plan consists of an initial setup fee, followed by a recurring monthly payment. The monthly payment is billed in advance for the upcoming month of service.
-
One-Time Fee Plans (First Class, Economy): These plans involve a single, one-time payment for the services outlined in the plan description.
Authorization: By providing us with a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to that payment method.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You have the right to cancel this contract at any time.
-
3-Day Right to Cancel: You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you signed your client agreement.
-
Month-to-Month Plan: You may cancel your monthly service at any time by providing us with 30 days’ written notice (email is acceptable). You will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the end of the 30-day notice period.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed. The initial setup fee for the Month-to-Month plan is non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period. One-time fee plans are non-refundable after services have been rendered.
6. Limitation of Liability
